One child we will never forget is kitso a 10-year-old boy from a remote village. Kitso had never been to school before joining our program. He was often sent to work in the fields instead of studying, as his family simply couldn't afford the luxury of education. His story is not unique, but his transformation is nothing short of miraculous.<br />Through Swanakids Trust, kitso was provided with not only education but also emotional support, nourishment, and medical care. Today, kitso is excelling in his studies and dreams of becoming a teacher to help other children in his village. His story is a testament to the power of giving children access to the right opportunities at the right time.<br />But we cannot do it alone. The needs of children like kitso are growing, and we are in desperate need of funds to continue our life-changing programs. With your generous support, we can reach more children, provide better facilities, and offer scholarships to those in most need.<br />

In Wakiso district Uganda, poverty has made many girls to become single mothers. The luck of education fees and economic skills training business is limiting many of them to make proper decision hence getting married at early age. Due to domestic violence some end up being single mothers. This creates economic hardship for single mothers in the community.

Baby sheets are urgently needed to support infants born to young mothers supported by Mthunzi Foundation. Many teenage mothers are balancing early motherhood with continuing their education, often without access to basic baby-care essentials. Clean, safe baby sheets help create a healthier sleeping environment for infants, reducing hygiene risks and providing comfort during critical early months. Having these essentials allows young mothers to care for their babies with dignity while remaining focused on learning and skill development.

Severe flooding across Southern Malawi has displaced thousands of people, including an estimated 5,000 people with disabilities in districts such as Chikwawa and Nsanje. Many lost their homes, mobility aids, and essential belongings as floodwaters swept through villages, making evacuation and daily survival extremely difficult. People with disabilities are among the most vulnerable in this crisis. Without access to wheelchairs, blankets, food, and basic medical support, many are stranded in unsafe conditions and exposed to cold, illness, and further harm. Immediate assistance is needed to restore dignity, mobility, and safety as families begin the long process of recovery.
