Donors choose how they give and how items are delivered, whether that's shipping, local drop-off, or arranging collection directly with the receiving organisation.

Our platform connects donations to specific requests, ensuring every item reaches exactly where it's needed. With no warehousing involved, the process is direct and responsive: matching what's offered with what's actually required, in real time.

4. Delivery

Recovere offers flexible delivery options so donations reach people in the most practical and dignified way possible.

For organisations: When submitting a request, organisations specify their preferred delivery method. Once a match is made, they coordinate directly with the donor to arrange collection or delivery.

For donors: When offering an item, donors choose how they'd like to provide it: by post or courier directly to the organisation, by local drop-off, or by arranging pick-up with the organisation.

Where appropriate, donations can also be fulfilled through vouchers, allowing people to purchase what they need directly from local businesses. This supports speed, dignity, and the local economy all at once.

Every donation is tracked, giving donors and partner organisations full visibility over where contributions go and the difference they make.
