Support Our Organization with Laptops
Our organization works at the heart of the Wakiso community, using education and knowledge-sharing to create positive change. To continue and strengthen our work, we urgently need laptops for our organization.
Currently, limited access to computers slows down our daily operations—planning programs, managing records, creating reports, training volunteers, and delivering digital learning sessions. Laptops are essential tools that will help our team work efficiently, stay organized, and serve the community more effectively.
By supporting this fundraiser, you are not donating to individuals—you are equipping our organization with the tools needed to operate, grow, and make lasting impact.
Your support will help us work smarter, reach more people, and build a stronger future for our community.
Every contribution brings us one step closer

In a government secondary school in Niger State, hundreds of students go through their entire education without ever touching a computer. While the world moves forward digitally, these young people are left behind—not because they lack ability, but because they lack access. Without computers, internet connectivity, or trained ICT teachers, students graduate without the basic digital skills now required for exams, higher education, and future employment.

This project will establish one fully functional ICT laboratory in a public secondary school, giving students their first real opportunity to learn and practice essential digital skills. The lab will be equipped with computers, basic accessories, educational software, and reliable internet access. Teachers will also receive ICT training to ensure the lab is used effectively and sustainably.

With this support, students will learn basic computing, typing, online research, and foundational digital literacy. These skills will not only improve academic performance but also build confidence and open doors to future opportunities. Each year, an estimated 300 students will benefit directly from this ICT lab.

This project represents a single, clearly defined step toward digital inclusion. By transforming one school at a time, we can create visible, measurable impact and offer students the chance to participate fully in today’s digital world.

At Adaklu Ahunda Kpodzi Basic School, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is currently a 'ghost' subject. It is taught by drawing pictures of computers and keyboards on a blackboard. There are 223 pupils who can memorize the parts of a mouse but have never clicked one. They are expected to pass national exams on technology they have never seen, let alone touched.

Why should rural children be ignored while the rest of the world uses technology as a basic tool for survival? At Happy Daffodils, we believe that THEORY IS NOT ENOUGH.

Our flagship project, 'Operation: Theory Is Not Enough,' is our mission to build this school’s first-ever functional computer lab. We are turning chalk drawings into real-world skills, ensuring these bright children are not left behind in the digital revolution. Our goal is to launch this lab in January 2026, but we cannot do it alone.
