Our Team

Delivering dignity, hope, and a lasting impact to communities worldwide.

The Team Behind Recovere

Recovere is led by an experienced team based in Australia. With volunteers all over the world, we are committed to becoming pioneers of global donation management on an international level.

Leveraging our experience built shaping GIVIT, Recovere's Australian equivalent, we are united by a clear and powerful vision to deliver support to people experiencing disadvantage worldwide.

Our vision is for a future where communities experiencing crisis have the agency to ask for what they need and are connected to people who are ready to give in ways that matter.

To bring this vision to life, our core team is supported by 25 skilled and compassionate volunteers, bringing expertise across disaster response, community recovery, technology and governance.

Together, we work to ensure every donation is managed ethically and delivered with transparency and dignity.

Driven by purpose and guided by experience, our team strives to help people receive meaningful support in their most vulnerable moments.

Juliette Wright OAM

Founder & CEO

Juliette Wright OAM is an Australian social entrepreneur and the founder of GIVIT: a national donation management platform now used by Australian governments for disaster relief.

What began as a single act of giving grew into a platform that has facilitated over 8.5 million donations and partnered with more than 5,000 non-profit organisations during times of crisis. GIVIT's model that connects verified needs with the right donations at the right time is the foundation Recovere is built on.

Recognised as an Australian of the Year Local Hero in 2015 and awarded an OAM in 2019, Juliette brings over 15 years of experience in donation management, community recovery, and systems-level change.

With Recovere, she is focused on taking that proven model global; ensuring that communities experiencing disaster and hardship, wherever they are, have access to dignified, needs-based support.
