Camera
Quantity Needed: 2
Education projects in remote and underserved communities require strong documentation to demonstrate impact, ensure accountability, and share learning. This project aims to improve access to quality education for marginalized and out-of-school children through community mobilization, teacher support, and learning activities. However, the project currently lacks a dedicated camera to document field activities. A camera will enable the team to capture photographs of classroom sessions, community meetings, training workshops, and student participation. These visual records will support progress reporting, donor communication, and advocacy for education. Photographs also help highlight success stories and motivate communities by showcasing positive change. In addition, proper visual documentation strengthens monitoring and evaluation by providing evidence of project implementation and improvements in learning environments. Therefore, procuring a camera is essential for effective documentation, transparency, and communication of the project’s outcomes and impact

After losing the primary earning member, mothers often rely on low-income or irregular work to support their households. Without these basic supplies, children face embarrassment in school and are at risk of missing classes or dropping out.Providing these essential educational items ensures that orphan students can attend school regularly and continue their learning with confidence. With access to proper school materials, these children can focus on their studies, improve their performance, and move closer to achieving their dreams for a better future.

Many vulnerable children and young people supported by the Support the Vulnerable Foundation (SVF) live with ongoing stress and uncertainty after losing a parent and facing difficult living conditions.
